Teaching Live from Classrooms

Our fall remote learning session began last Tuesday and yet when I walk down our hallways I can hear teaching coming from the various classrooms. Like last spring, our remote program is made up of a combination of asynchronous and synchronous learning. There are times when students are working at their own pace on material shared with them from their teacher. There are also a high number of classes where teachers and students are meeting live through Zoom. These live classes are being used more than they were in the spring and are one of the reasons that our remote program is even stronger than before. It sure is nice, even when we are remote, to hear teachers and students interacting while they cover lessons just as they would when we were in person.
