In-service Meetings

This past week the BACS faculty joined teachers from ANC, The Kempton New Church School and The Washington New Church School in a series of In-service meetings. We hosted our colleagues for a dinner on Thursday evening which was following by an inspiration talk by Peter Buss on the joy which can come through use. Friday’s sessions were held at ANC and centered on a presentation by Dr. Jeanne DiVincenzo. She spoke of how creativity and resilience can re-energize our teaching. This was the first time in many years that we have met with other schools from the General Church in this type of format and it was inspiring to sit in a room with more than a hundred New Church teachers.
