Fresh Air at BACS

Last week was cold and windy but BACS continued to utilize fresh air as part of our health and safety protocols. We have increased ventilation throughout the building this year, and despite the outside temperatures we have been working with the windows cracked open. We are also using our outside spaces more than ever. In addition to outside recess time, students are taking mask breaks outside and when it nice enough, classes are being held outside as well. Students are also using their classrooms’ exterior entrances for arrival and dismissal to avoid sharing the hallways. We are making accommodations to help make these changes work as well as possible. We have adjusted our dress code so that students can dress more warmly during the winter months. We are also asking that our playgrounds and the property behind our building be reserved for school uses while school is in session. If you wish to walk through our campus during the day we ask that you use the area along Tomlinson Rd. Thank you for your understanding.
