Faculty In-service

On Friday BACS held our annual faculty in-service meetings. Solomon Keal began the day leading the faculty in a presentation about the Lord as a shepherd in preparation for next year’s school theme. This led to a collaborative discussion about ways in which we could take ideas about following the Lord and about mirroring His shepherding role and incorporate them into the school. The second half of the day was a presentation on behavior management given by Scott Daum and Dr. Saul Fischer. They shared their years of experience and their wisdom about how to reduce conflict and create order, fundamentals for both learning and personal growth. Our in-service meetings allow us time to step back from day-to-day details and focus on the broader elements of education.
