BACS Christmas Program

All family and friends are warmly invited to attend this beloved event.

We would like to remind everyone that all guests need to be seated in the gym before 10:20. Once the procession of BACS students begins, there is no graceful way for guests to enter without disruption.

The program will begin with a very special procession of 3rd graders singing “How Far is it to Bethlehem?”  We would like to preserve the special sphere.

Guests arriving after the initial procession of students begins will be asked to wait in the lobby until the 3rd Grade procession has ended.

The program will also be streamed onto the screen in the Asplundh Assembly Hall so that parents of children that need to be wiggly or run around during the program can still enjoy the event.

This event is always popular. Even though we have 52 more spots in our new parking lot than there were in the old Society Building lot, parking still might be tight. Overflow parking is available at Pitcairn Hall (top of Tomlinson Road); no shuttle will be available. Please plan to arrive in plenty of time to drop off passengers, find a parking spot and be seated before the procession begins at 10:20.
