Deadlines for financial aid

The deadline for submitting a financial aid application for the Preschool is April 15, 2024.  Based on the information you provide to the aid company, FACTS, they will make a recommendation to the Financial Aid Committee as to your specific needs.  Financial aid awards are distributed on a rolling basis.  All inquiries and applications for financial aid are held in the strictest confidence between FACTS and the Financial Aid Office.  No information is released to any person beyond those staff members directly involved in distributing and accounting for financial aid.

Applying for Financial Aid

  Here is the link to fill out your financial aid application. There is a processing fee of $55 per family. We partner with the Bryn Athyn Church Preschool and the Academy of the New Church High School (ANC) in using FACTS. For families with children at the Preschool, BACS and/or ANC, information and the fee will be shared with all three schools.

The financial aid application is comprehensive application that will take some time to complete.  Give yourself the time you need by not waiting until our deadline approaches.  You will need your most recent tax return.  We also recommend reviewing the FACTS resources to help families with the financial aid process.
