Observing Martin Luther King Jr Day

BACS was closed on Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr Day. Each year this observance is accompanied by lessons in the classrooms covering such topics as diversity, leadership, service, equality, freedom and providence. These topics are important and are covered in other ways throughout the year as well but our hope is that this week’s lessons served as a way to give them a special spotlight. Our students return to our campus on Tuesday. Something we are looking forward to very much.
