Work Day

More than fifty workers, ranging from students to grandparents, descended on our campus on Saturday morning for our annual work day. It was remarkable how much they were able to get done. Crews spread wood chips, mulched, cleaned, painted, cleared gutters, and tackled several construction jobs. BACS is indebted to all of these volunteers for both improving our facility and for saving the school the money which we will not need to spend on  hiring outside crews. The work day is a chance for the members of our school community to work side by side. Events like this are what help to build the community feel of our school. Thank you to everyone who participated and especially to Daryl Baker for leading it.
