School Theme Artwork

Each year the Bryn Athyn Church School has school theme. This year our theme is The Lord is My Shepherd. In conjunction with this theme, our art classes created collaborative illustrations of The Lord as a shepherd. The art teacher, Linda Kees, presented the students with several professional illustrations, each broken into twelve sections. Students then selected a section and reproduced it. The end product is a collection of pictures each built by a dozen students. Images of the Lord draw by students are always special, but these done by the combined work of twelve students from a variety of grades seem to be particularly special. There is a message in these illustrations for us about how we can work together as The Lord’s flock.
