Elective Classes Have Begun!

Friday, August 29^th was Day 1 of our exciting new elective program at BACS.  This program allows each 7^th and 8^th grade student the opportunity to sign up for six electives throughout the school year.  The offerings cover a wide variety of interests and disciplines.  Friday began the first block of the year and students were in one of the following courses: Speak for Yourself, BACS News, Ceramics, Cigar Box Guitar Making, Baseball Appreciation, and No Stove Cooking.  The second block will begin in October and the students will begin six new courses.   For more information about our elective program or to express interest in leading a course next year, contact Mary Beth DeGeorge ( Marybeth.degeorge@bacs-gc.org )
